Mains pressure or high pressure systems are a direct connect to town water. The tank is a pressure vessel & can withstand the high pressure & expansion of the hot water. Our compact integrated design is a new type of solar hot water system. This unit has the advanced evacuated tube with heatpipe technology no water in the tubes. The highly efficient evacuated tube absorbs sunlight this is transferred to the copper heatpipe which is also in a vacuum. This allows a small amount of liquid in the heatpipe to boil at 25c the steam rises to the condenser gives off heat cools and returns to be heated again.
